Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 14-day free trial is genuinely no-credit-card. We'll ask you to add a card near the end of the trial if you want to keep going — and you'll see exactly what you'll be charged before you confirm.

What happens at the end of the trial?

If you've added a card and chosen a plan, we charge the plan you picked. If you haven't, your account goes read-only — you keep access to all your data and can export it or upgrade at any time. We never silently charge or delete your data.

How do I pay, and what cards do you accept?

Card payment, on a secure checkout page hosted by our processor, DimePay — a Caribbean payment provider. Your card details go straight to them and are never stored on our servers.

Subscriptions are billed in US dollars. We save your card so renewals happen automatically, and you can replace it or cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial — we only ask for a card when you choose a plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

If something's broken or we promised something we don't deliver, yes — email us within 14 days of payment and we'll refund you, no questions asked.

Is my data safe?

Every record is soft-deleted by default — even if you 'delete' something, it's recoverable. We back up nightly and never share your data with third parties for marketing.

Can I bring my own payment processor?

Not yet. We currently process via DimePay (Caribbean-friendly). Stripe support is on the roadmap once Stripe expands availability in our region.
