No. The 14-day free trial is genuinely no-credit-card. We'll ask you to add a card near the end of the trial if you want to keep going — and you'll see exactly what you'll be charged before you confirm.
If you've added a card and chosen a plan, we charge the plan you picked. If you haven't, your account goes read-only — you keep access to all your data and can export it or upgrade at any time. We never silently charge or delete your data.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
If something's broken or we promised something we don't deliver, yes — email us within 14 days of payment and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
Every record is soft-deleted by default — even if you 'delete' something, it's recoverable. We back up nightly and never share your data with third parties for marketing.
